Our History
Black Star was founded on a single principle, to set a new standard for unparalleled service delivery. Our owners had a vision to create a company that would soon become a leader in technical solution delivery tailored to the water and wastewater industries. Our team members have led projects across North America to deliver world-class solutions to public and private utilities, meeting challenging timelines and project constraints along the way. No matter how unique the project, we have experts that are guaranteed to have the right skills.
